bueno, pues os voy a explicar cómo hacer un oración que está sucediendo en este momento.

subject(sujeto)+verb to be(ser o estar)+verb with -ing+complementos.

El niño                 está                              bebiendo               agua
The boy                  is/'s                            drinking               water

Así es como se hacen las oraciones positivas, ahora os voy a enseñar las negativas

subject+verb to be negativo+verb with -ing+complementos

el niño                no está              bebiendo            agua
The boy            isn't/'s not           drinking             water

Y en interrogativa

Verb to be+subject+verb with -ing+complementos?     Adverb(yes or no)+subject+verb to be

Está           el niño      bebiendo             agua          ?              No                él   (no)     está   
Is              the boy       drinking             water         ?              No                he              isn't
